In the process of production at first the chicken feet are washed by water and put in scalder machine, cold water spinning machine to remove skin and bad ones at the end it will frozen in -18c with lowest possible water. Quality team will check final product visually, check the colour and humidity too.

Frozen Chicken Gizzard is totally Fresh and Healthy, without bad smell and Big enough, Without any damage. Process is contain washing by water. Moisture is between 14 to 18 percentages.
