Waste plastics AQSIQ Certificate application for exporting to China

Today i will explain how to export AQSIQ certificate for waste plastics.

When we talked about waste plastics, it refers to PET,PP,PVC,LDPE,HDPE,ABS,PE,PVC etc.

There are so many kinds for waste plastics, so how does China Gov give a definition for waste plastics ?

There are five China HS code for waste plastics, it including all types of waste plastics,

HS code shown as below:

1,3915100000 Ethylene polymer scrap and waste

2,3915200000 Styrene polymer scrap and waste

3,3915300000 Vinyl chloride polymer scrap and waste

4,3915901000 polyethylene terephthalate 

5,3915909000 other related waste plastics

Whatever your waste plastic belongs to , it will shown on AQSIQ Certificate as “waste plastics”, you can export all types of waste plastics when you got AQSIQ License.

Is there any Chinese standards for importing waste plastics ? Yes! It has to meet the standards of GB16487.12. It requires your waste plastics without inclusion as below:

1,Radioactive waste

2,Asbestos and asbestos waste

3,Photosensitive film

4,closed container

5,waste belongs to GB5084 and in China Hazardous waste list

What documents required for AQSIQ application of waste plastics ?

1,ISO9001 Certification

2,Notarizing documents

3,Photos

4,Quality Management system documents

5,legal representative’s passport or id certificate

6,Other related application documents

It will take 3-5 months to finish this application.
