Note: your company FAX is quite important, when we provide all docs to AQSIQ dept, after several days, they will inform the audition result through FAX directly. So the fax number should be 100% correct to make sure that can receive notice from AQSIQ

3, Registration address and office address

It can be one same address or two different address. Registration address shown on your business registration documents, office address is your office real located.

4, Company department information

Generally, we made department as Manager, purchasing department,inspection department,administration department etc. Contact person, person amount, Tel are needed

5,Type of your scrap

Waste plastics, metal scrap, waste paper etc

6, Related ISO9001 Certificate information

If you apply ISO9001 by us, we will help you complete all ISO information. If iso9001 applied by yourself, then we need all detailed information for your ISO agency.

The valid for AQSIQ Certificate is 3 years, and you can renew it 6 month in advance
