WR * *Z-type thermocouple is a special vacuum furnace  for non-oxidation atmosphere, high temperature, sealing requirements and the development of high temperature measurement of the exclusive products, the introduction of special treatment of special materials and sealing measures to ensure that the heat Galvanic or the pressure rate (leak rate) is less than a vacuum furnace or the rate of the overall pressure. Vacuum furnaces generally use a dedicated tungsten rhenium thermocouple Series C, D as its sub-degree temperature components, high temperature tantalum, molybdenum, tungsten, corundum and high-temperature alloys for the protection of pipes, corundum, beryllium oxide, boron nitride, oxide hafnium as insulating materials processed from only applicable to vacuum, inert, reducing atmosphere vacuum furnace under the conditions, can not be used.

  

Working principle

 

The operation principle of a thermocouple is based on Seebeck effect: In a closed circuit constituted by two homogeneous conductors of different materia, When the temperature gradient exist between the two junctionthe electric current flows through the circuit. t this time the thermal electromotive force(EMF) will be produced between the two junction.

 

Note: the thermal electromotive force changes along with the temperature, the value of thermal EMF is related to materials of the conductors and the temperature difference of two junctions of thermocouple. It has nothing to do with its length and diameter.
