Silane Si-602 can act as an adhesion promoter in glassfiber. Silane Si-602 increases filler dispersibility and improves numerous mechanical properties of the composites. Silane Si-602 reduces the fillers' sedimentation tendency in the uncured polymer. USi-D1311 also can improve resistance to water and corrosion. Silane Si-602 improves adhesion to a variety of substrates, including glass, aluminum and concrete. Silane Si-602 provides enhanced adhesion performance without negatively impacting elongation. It is added at a loading of 0.5 to 1.0 percent by weight.
