Description

SJ102 is the sintered flux with the fluorine base. The basicity is 2.2-2.4 with the particle size of 10-40 mesh. The loose ratio is 1.1 - l .2g/cm³. SJ102 can be adapted DC welding, the welding wire is connected with the negative pole. It has advantages of stable arc, beautiful welding shaping and easy slag removal. SJ102 has the good performance in moisture resistance, small loose ratio.

The weld metal has well anti cracking performance and can transition alloy elements to the welding line at the same time which ensure the high temperature strength and wear resisting property of the deposited metal.

Application

With the corresponding of welding wire HICr13 and H2Cr13, it can be applied in the repair of the roller and surface overlaying in the wear resistant parts. The hardness of the deposited weld metal: HRC≥45

Note:

1. Flux must be baked for 2 hours at 300-350℃ before welding.
2. The impurities such as rust, oil and water should be removed before welding.
