We have two options for your reference:

 

Configuration 1:

Include malt miller, brewhouse system, fermentation system, cooling system, CIP washing system, controlling. 

 

Configuration 2:

The brewhouse system (mash/lauter tun, brew kettle/whirlpool) and controller on a cart, and the fermenters and cooling system on the other cart.

 

Heating method for brewhouse: electric heating

The quantity of fermenter: 2-6pcs
