Application: With good performance in electrical properties, ductility and processing, WRe wire can be used in high temperature thermocouple and cathode filament.

application condition: vacuum, hydrogen or inert atmosphere. temperature range 0~2300℃

non-uniform electromotive force: a whole roll of positive electrode or negative electrode thermocouple wire,  doesn’t exceed 40-80μV under 1200℃ environment.

①.The positive electrode is WRe3 ;WRe5. The negative electrode is WRe25 ;WRe26; WRe20.

②.Temperature: When the temperature of the cold end is 0℃,the temperature of the hot end is 100,1000,1200,1400,1600,2000℃

③.Uniformity: the non-uniform electromotive force of one pole thermocouple wire from head to heel should ≤±40 mv at 1200℃.

④.Ductility: After stable anneal, the thermocouple wire can wrap itself six circles without cleavage.

⑤.Supply condition: the thermocouple wire is supplied after stable anneal, and it’s in silvery white color.
