Wall driller anchor is made of nylon or Zamak. Its design is unique. The anchor has two shapes: the one has a single point and the other has two small points and a bigger point. The point is used to drill a hole, and the tapered, oversize head is to seal the hole. Because of this design, the wall driller can keep the consistency of the drywall. It is used to fasten in drywall for light duty, and there is no need to drill a hole advanced. The wall driller is of two different sizes-– #6 or #8. Wall driller anchor isn't used alone, it should be used with the correctly size metal screw.

Installation:

• Fix the point where the wall driller is installed.
• Use the Screwing machine to press the wall anchor into the wallboard until it's seated with the wall.
• Insert the proper screw into the hole of the wall driller, usually the minimum depth is three-quarter inch (3/4").
• Tighten the screw until firm enough.

Wall driller anchor should be used together with the correctly sized screw.

The screw should be inserted in the anchor when we use the wall driller anchor.

Application:
The wall driller has many applications. It can hang the things to the drywall such as: clock, small pictures, picture frames, small signs, wall decorations, lightweight appliances, electrical and electronic equipment, control device, fire alarms, smoke detectors.
