Level Transmitter Description:
    HNUM-200 input-type level gauge and level by level transmitter indicator supporting component. HNUM-200 input-type level gauge

First, the basic principles of
    Input level meter is also called hydrostatic level gauge, the core element HNUM-200 type input type level transmitter using silicon diffusion isolated pressure sensor. Liquid to be measured into the sensor, the elastic displacement, the capacitance value between the substrate electrode and the patch electrode varies with fluid pressure level changes (P = ρgh + P0) generated on the sensor surface of the diaphragm effect, the diaphragm, the atmosphere by communicating with internal air duct probe level transmitter inside. Changes in value of the capacitor via laser trimming circuit 1000-4000mV amplified output voltage signal, the transmitter and then converted into a voltage signal 4-20mA current signal. While for remote parameter setting, remote control via live HART protocol, self-diagnosis function, is a high-quality hydrostatic level measurement instruments.
    Formula: P = ρgh + P0 where:
    P: the pressure on the liquid level transmitters meet
    ρ: Measuring liquid density
    g: local acceleration due to gravity
    Po: atmospheric pressure on the surface
    H: depth of the liquid into the transmitter
    Meanwhile, the air guide stainless steel pressure fluid is introduced into the pressurized chamber of the sensor, then the negative pressure chamber atmospheric pressure Po and the liquid level sensor is connected to the back of the sensor offset Po, the sensor measured pressure: ρ. gH, obviously, by taking the measured pressure P, the depth of liquid can be obtained.
