Description:
The nano-silica is analogous spherical particles produced by patent production technology. Compared with the silica produced by gas phase method, the influence of our silica on improving the system viscosity is unapparent and the addition is up to 70%. High content addition can improve the properties of products such as abrasion performance, temperature tolerance, hydrolysis resistance, UV-stability and mechanical property. The silica with spherical or analogous spherical particles shows excellent performances such as high dispersion, chemical stability, acid and alkali resistance, surface activity, low oil absorption and insulating property, etc.

Nano/Micro SiO2 which is widely applied in variety of areas such as coating, ink, silicone rubber, adhesive, defoamers, plastics possess performances as follows:
Usages:
The silica powder should be first mixed with the matrix resin, and then other additives such as defoamer, flatting agent, wetting agents and thickening agent, etc.
The addition amount could be adjusted to users' requirement.
Recommend amount:5%~50%.

The properties of thermal stability, storage stability, coating transparency and glossiness should be considered when selecting the SiO2 product.
