Application:

Nano/Micro SiO2 which is widely applied in variety of areas such as coating, ink, silicone rubber, adhesive, defoamers, plastics possess performances as follows:

● improve the hardness, scratch resistance and the wearing quality of products prominently

● fine anti-adhesive, avoiding latex agglutination

● improve the pollution resistance, corrosion resistance, scrub resistance and the water-resistance of products

● improve the adhesion of products, brighten the coating

● enhance the ageing and UV ray radiation resistance of products

● improve the printability of ink

● increase the glossiness and fullness of products

Advantages:

High flow and excellent dispersion

• Compared with fumed silica, it has excellent dispersion and improve the flow.
• Lower the mixing temperature to improve the efficiency of curing
• The gel and products have better transparency due to high flow and dispersion.

High purity, low mental and ion impurities

Low water content, avoid foaming during the curing in hot air

Minimize the structure degree of NA.

Usages:

  The silica powder should be first mixed with the matrix resin, and then other  additives such as defoamer, flatting agent, wetting agents and thickening agent, etc.

The addition amount could be adjusted to users' requirement.

Recommend amount：5%～50%.

The properties of thermal stability, storage stability, coating transparency and glossiness should be considered when selecting the SiO2 product. If the existing SiO2 product could not fit user’s system, we will provide one-to-one service, according different emulsion resin and formula to develop special SiO2 product.
