Summary

WQD/WQ stainless steel barrel sewage pump is the more advanced and ideal sewage discharging machine currently. Total head(non-overloading), able to run safely and efficiently in a large range of flow. Large channel non-clogging design impeller makes the pump able to convey liquid with a diamter of 15mm-40mm solid impuries and long fiber. Under suction structure, stainless steel and special cast iron manufaturing, which result in fuction of drainage completely and anticorrosive.  

Characteristic

Euipped with float switch, able to realize automatic start-stop control along with the change of liquid level(WQ series can not equipped with float switch). Overheating protector is setted inside the motor to disconnect power automatically in overheating or overcurrent cases, which ensures the safety and reliability of pump during running time in harsh condition.

Using condition

1. Power: 0.75-15kw,  flow；5~300m3/h, head: 5-40m, voltage: 110-660v, frequency：50-60Hz, Outlet diameter: 40-200mm(1 1/2”-8”)
2. Medium temperature: ≦60℃  Medium density: ≦1.2kg/dm3   Rate of particles in pumped medium is more than 60%. Medium PH is from 4-10.
