Characteristic

This series pump adopts special structure impeller and new type mechanical seal, can effectively convey liquid with solid particles and long fiber. Compared with the traditional impeller, this pump impeller adopts single or double flow channel, similar to a cross section with same size, has excellent flow property. Euipped with reasonable volute chamber, this pump has the feature of high efficiency. The impeller has passed the dynamic and static balance test, which make the pump no vibration in the operation.

Application

This series products are mainly used for chemical, oil, medicine, mining, papermaking, cement plant, power plant, coal processing industry, and conveying sewage and sludge with particles for civil sewage treatment discharging system, republic engineering, and construction site etc, also can pump clarified water and corrosive medium.

Using condition

1. Medium temperature≦40℃,

2. PH between 4-10,

3. Solid volume ratio is below 2%.
