NJ series mud Agitator, Less than 5.5 kW drilling mud Agitator adopts the blender cycloid speed reducer, and it is applied to the drug liquids mixing tank. This mud agitator has the advantage of compact structure, so it occupies small area. More than 7.5 kW Mud Agitator uses the turbo and worm gear speed reducer, with the large torque transmission, the  revolution is steady, it works reliable and has great merit. Common model of mud agitator is NJ5.5 KW, NJ7.5kW, NJ11kW and NJ15kW.The drilling mud agitator is an important components for GSSY Solids Control drilling fluids processing system.

 

GSSY mud agitator mix the suspend the solids using both axial and radial flows, and by utilizing low shear mixers to suspend and mix mud additives particle size degradation and polymer shear. Unlike centrifuge pumps or mud guns. The GSSY Mud Agitator is relatively low shear and low energy device, so it’s easy to operate and inexpensive to maintain. This will ensure that mud additives are homogeneously mixed to prevent dead spots. Agitators will keep the active mud system flowing even when the pumps are disengaged and keep the weighting agents in suspension.
