Treatment of base materials

l Before the construction, must clean up sediment and on the keelson as far as possible, may use the vacuum cleaner to do it.

l Repair the flaw of the keelson surface and make it smooth and clean,

l Make the surface of keelson rough for accreting when spraying.

l Enhancement coating and keelson overcoatability and compatibility.

Application

Should make the construction plan according to the actual scene, then spray according to the plan, The whole construction of spraying should be finished within 4hours. If can’t finish it within 4 hours, should clean the strength layer and spray a layer of adhesive, then spray the Polyurea Elastomer 20minutes later. When spray the Polyurea Elastomer coating, it is important to make it well-proportioned. Before the construction, must clean up sediment and on the keelson as far as possible, may use the vacuum cleaner to do it.

Storage and transportation

The material should be stored in the leak-proof barrel.

The ideal storage temperature is 25+-5℃, the storage period is 6 months.
