Main application:

The Automatic splicing machine is mainly used for the core veneer splicing, (the horizontal splicing of the rotary cut median plate with the thickness of 1.0mm-4.0mm) which is widely used for the production of the three-ply board, sandwich panel, LVL, floor substrate, furniture panel, building film face board, container board , melamine ecological, block board and etc. this changes the traditional manual decking technology and makes the plywood decking unitized and automatic.

Working principle and process

The core veneers (1.0-4.0mm thickness panels) after drying may have different length and thickness, and the shapes may get irregular, this machine can detect the width, thickness, cavities of the core veneer d have them trimmed, glued, spliced, cut to length and stacked automatically. With this machine, customized veneer with different sizes can be spliced.
