1. Application
It’s the most significant bench scale instrument for fire testing to measure the heat release, mass loss, smoke production etc.

3.    Main parameters: 

3.1    The conical heater, would in the form of a truncated cone, is rated 5000 W with a heat output up to an equivalent of 100 kW/m2 and for use in the horizontal and vertical orientation. The radiant illumination should be well distributed at the center (50mmx50mm) of exposed sample surface.
3.2    Radiation shielding layer should be put under the radiation cone, to make sure no radiation to the sample before testing start. Insertion and removal of radiation shielding layer can be controlled by computer automatically. The driving mode is electric.
3.3    Adapt SCR to adjust the current and control the output power, to make sure the average temperature of radiation cone thermocouple can keep at ±10℃.
3.4    Adapted Transell quality sensor imported from USA.
3.5    Strong exhaust system, the air speed and pressure can be controlled.

3.6    Oxygen analyzer : Adapt Paramagnetic oxygen measurement (degree of linearity: <±0.1%O2
3.7    With16-bit high precision board and computer control, reasonable structure, stable quality, easy operation
3.8    Window XP interface, LabVIEW style, perfect security mechanism.
3.9    The testing result and curve can be saved, recorded and printed out.
3.10    The data collecting system can record and save the oxygen concentration, temperature, rate of heat release, mass loss etc.
