1. Application
This device applies to measure smoke production of rubbers, textile-coverings, painted surfaces, wood and other materials burning under defined conditions). It is intended the values of optical density determined by this test be taken as specific to the specimen or assembly material in the form and thickness tested, and are not be considered inherent, fundamental properties.

3.    Main parameter: 3.1 Measurement software is based on WINDOWS XP 、Lab VIEW .it shows transmissivity and time curve。Chinese-English contrast interface, and supply Chinese-English specification,  high speed, easy operation and user friendly.
3.2 The main components are imported : flowmeter ,  heat flow meter ,  photomultiplier etc.

3.3    With ISO 5659-2/T8323 radiation cone device, It can supply 50KW/M2 thermal radiation output. With ASTM E662 all-radiant furnace, it can supply 25KW/M2 Thermal radiation output. Aviation connector is supplied for switch between radiation cone and all-radiant furnace.
3.4    With high accuracy data acquisition system,  amplifying board,  S4  frequency response and undercurrent <10-9A of photomultiplier for signal receiving. The accuracy of light transmittance can reach 0.0001%.
3.5    With imported(Schmidt-Boelter) cold & hot water flow meter and portable water cooling system.
3.6    With Aluminum foil  at bottom for safe explosions, and pressure regulation device for automation pressure relief .
