TRZ-2012 full automatic conical paper tube production line

TRZ-2012 full automatic conical paper tube production line needs no manual operation from raw paper to paper tube product. The whole production process is controlled by PLC programming and the main engine transmission uses cam timing mechanism. Each position takes double speed variable frequency control technology. The none mechanical abrasion photoelectric control, approaching control and pneumatic delay control are also applied, which realizes the mechanical and electrical integration. It achieves low labor, low consumption, high efficiency and high quality, which is suitable for the production of conical tubes with various specification.
