Spiral paper tube production line

    Spiral paper tube production line includes the following four machines:  paper slitting machine, tracing and cutting spiral tube machine, precise cutting machine and automatic head-folding shaping machine.

1. FQ-1600 paper slitting machine

    FQ-1600 paper slitting machine’s function is to slit paper into various sizes before reeling. It has self-locking function for upper and lower blades. Pneumatic reeling spindle, double reeling and step-less speed adjustment.

2.LQZ-2 tracing, cutting spiral tube machine

    The function of LQZ-2 tracing, cutting spiral tube machine is to roll the tube and long tube cutting,which can mold at a time. Tolerances is plus or minus 5mm, which will meet the standard for cloth tube reeling and air spinning reeling. If particular length needed, precision cutting machine will need be connected.

3. QGJ-98 precise cutting machine

    The function of QGJ-98 precise cutting machine is to cut the semi-finished product into the required length of chemical fiber tube and air spinning tube. The machine has pneumatic control, which makes it easy to adjust. It is especially suitable for various specification of air-spinning tube and short tube.
