Introduction

It adopts Japanese Mitsubishi computer control system and Yaskawa Servo System frequency control, adopts roll paperboard, plastic board or silicon paper as the material, auto feeding paper- auto coating first side glue-auto laminating first side silicon paper -auto coating second side glue-auto laminating second silicon paper -auto cutting the trap paperboard according to the size required. All process is finished one time simultaneously.

The work speed 100m/min (for standard size 20000pcs/hour) ,

The glue coating can be discontinuous or continuous, can make insect attracting board, or insect trap board, paperboard size and coating size and cutting length all can be adjusted.

Only need one worker to operate the machine.

The standard size max paperboard width 450mm, the paperboard coating width 400mm. Special requirement can be accepted according to the customer need.

Glue tank volume is 80kgs.
