LLY-B1020 Single Layer Double Mold Bladder Curing Press mainly used for 8”-13” tire. The actions of the machine is controlled by hydraulic cylinders, auxiliary action controlled by the air cylinder. The thermal pipeline can be designed according to the user's request. The machine has the characteristics of high production efficiency, convenient operation, small footprint, novel structure and reliable performance. The machine mainly composed of the host, front manipulator, safety device, hydraulic system, pneumatic and thermal system, control system, etc. (without rear manipulator and post cure inflator)
