WC-1500  Horizontal Bias Cord Fabric Cutting Machine

 Application:Cut the rubber coated cord, canvas, cloth, fine cloth after friction into specific width and angle. After cut, the canvas (curtain) fabric is turn up after connection by hand, for later forming use.

Structure Features: The cutting machine mainly consists of let-off device, feed devices and fixed-length cutting device. With adjustment by the encoder, it can set the angle of cut cloth, with adjustment of servo motor, it can set the width of cut cloth. Cutting number adjustment range is big, wire cutting stroke is adaptable to (curtain) fabric.

2. The data input and information display can be realized on touch screen with memory function.

    The cutting width can be input directly, and the cutting angle can be traced and displayed.

3. The control mode has frequency control or servo control

4.  Linear drive or synchronous belt is used to drive the advance and return movement of the

     cutting device.

5.  Cord fabric splicing and winding-up device can be equipped as request

6.  Tyre carcass fabric and belt fabric cutting both can be realized by one machine

Packaging & Shipping

  For FCL goods, we usually pack machines with stretched film and then load them to the container.

  For LCL goods, we usually pack machines with polywood boxes first, and then they will be transported to QINGDAO PORT by truck.
