*Product Introduction:

GZ04 ink consists of good quality resins, pigments, organic solvents and additives, it's suitable for high sped gravure printing.

*Advantages:

1. Bright color, clear printing;

2. High temperature resistance, no harm, environmental, low odor;

3. Very good adhesion, good printing adaptability.

*Technical Data:

Viscosity: medium 10~30s/Zahn Cup #4 25℃; color ink ≥ 30s/Zahn Cup #3 25℃.

Fineness: white ink ≤ 20μm; color ink ≤ 15μm.

Packing: white ink 20kgs/drum; color ink 18kgs/drum.

*Notice:

1.Ink should be thoroughly mixed before using to ensure good fluidity;

2.Gold and silver inks should be used within validity, unsuitable to store too long time. Special containers should be used for gold and silver inks. Don't mix the containers with other color inks;

3.The ink should not be stored outdoors. The warehouse must be dry, well-ventilated and far away from fire with the temperature below 35℃. Don't throw during moving;

4.The validity is normally one year, but can still be used after validity if all norms are tested to be OK.
