*Product Introduction:

GW18 ink takes water-soluble polyurethane as the main resin. It contains no toluene, ketone & heavy metals. The main thinner is water & alcohol and meet VOC free requirements.

*Advantages:

1.It's environmental & free of toluene, ketone & heavy metal;

2.It meets the domestic VOC limit standard;

*Suitable Substrates:

OPP: pretreated over 38dyn/cm;

PET: pretreated over 42dyn/cm.

Technical Data:

*Recommended Percentage of Thinner

1# is suitable for white ink while 2# suitable for color ink.

*Usage: 

Thinner: water.

*Notice:

1. Do not steam or boil;

2. GW18 contains some water, so it's no need to add thinner during printing;

3. The ink viscosity is low, please shake it before using;

4. Do not mix with other inks, it will make resin apart;

5. The validity is normally six months. Do not use it when the validity is past.
