PCBN Material Brief Introduction:
Polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (PCBN) material is made of CBN powder in high temperature and high pressure.
With high hardness and high wear resistance, they are the ideal tool materials which are widely used in automotive, aviation, aerospace materials. Synthetic PCBN is irregular shape, and the surface is also not smooth. So PCBN need to be processed. High hardness and high wear resistance of the PCBN tool makes sharpening grinding very difficult. Mainly reflected that the material grinding rate is small, diamond grinding wheel is badly damaged, sharpening grinding is low, the edge is jagged, etc., therefore, PCBN tool grinding processing is a very important process.
Select for binding agent of diamond grinding wheel:
It is low processing efficiency, high processing cost, large finished product size deviation, large grinding noise, large environmental pollution, big damage for grinding machine when resin bond diamond grinding wheel cylindrical process PCBN. 
With high temperature, high efficiency and good rigidity, vitrified bond grinding wheel can maintain good shape of tool when grinding. The dimensional accuracy of the finished product can be guaranteed.
Using vitrified bond diamond grinding wheel for processing PCBN tool can maximize improve grinding efficiency, and small wear resistant, high durability, long life and low processing cost. Vitrified bond diamond grinding wheel grinding surface quality is better, is just close to the grinding surface quality by metal bond diamond grinding wheel. It high grinding efficiency is four times of sharpening grinding efficiency of metal bond diamond grinding wheel.            
Vitrified bond diamond grinding wheel process features:
 Due to the poor stability of the heat resistance and large inertia of the diamond, making vitrified bond diamond grinding wheel is very difficult and performance between grinding wheel batch is unstable. So vitrified bond diamond grinding wheel wide application is limited.
After a long period of research and experiments, the use of international imports of raw materials and technology, diamond powder and binding agent is evenly distributed when
molding, ensure the stability for each grinding wheel quality.
