Application

We have successfully developed machines suitable for two-way abrasive flow polishing,automatic one way circulating fluid,suspended abrasive de-burring,grinding and micro hole finish,and mirror polishing. Working Principle

Actuator Cylinder: set up the polishing period and time, force the media cylinder to move down. 

Equipped with automatic cycle system: self acting media circulation,automatic grinding and recycling.

U-shape feeding system: the product contact with media at the outlet of feeding system,cylinder goes down by the hydraulic,to make the media flow to the product rapidly, so as to achieve the polishing effect(chamfering or deburring). The media goes back to the feeding system again after polishing.
