Overview  

VX Series are newly-developed by Xinyu, which are characteristic of energy-efficient, excellent performance, reliable operation, small size and light weight. They are perfect vibration sources for a number of vibrating equipment such as feeding, conveying, crushing, dehydrating, scalping, drying, sieving, blanking, etc. VX series motors have been widely used in different industries such as power, building material, oil, coal, mining, metallurgy, chemical, light industry, casting, medicine, grain processing, etc.

 

Features

1. Energy-efficient, the efficiency is 2～2.5% higher than the national standard, and the installation dimensions are exactly same as Martin motors.

2. The vibration force is compatible with the output appropriately, and the motor body is light in weight and small in size, with great durability.

3. The noise is very low as it generates vibration by steady rotation motion.

4. It can work under any dust atmosphere (non-explosive) as it is fully-enclosed structure.

5. The bearing of the 2-pole motor can reach up to 5000 hours, and the 4-pole, 6-pole, 8-pole ones up to 10000 hours.

6. The centrifugal force can be changed only by adjusting the eccentric block angle.

7. The models can be combined into various vibration modes to meet multiple operation requirements.

8. Various types and specifications can be used for different vibrating equipments.
