Overview

VB series Electric vibrators is the universal vibrating source for various electric vibrating machines, such as vibrating feeder, vibrating conveyer, vibrating ore drawing machine, vibrating shake-out machine, vibrating screen classifier, hopper wall vibrator of the storage hopper, vibrating platform, etc.

Our VB series electric vibrators sell well on markets at home and they have been exported to Europe, Japan, Southeast Asia, etc.

We ever achieved the silver medal of the National Spark Program Achievement Applicable Exhibition, Provincial Prize for Quality Product, Provincial Prize in Science and Technology, Provincial Prize(Golden Crane Prize) for New Quality Product, Provincial Prize for Energy-Conserving Product, and so on.

  

Features

1. The vibration (exciting force) is compatible with the rating appropriately, with a low-weight and small machine body;

2. With merits of low noise and energy-saving owing to vibrating caused by gentle and stable turning;

3. Full enclosed structure, can be applied to any dusty circumstances which has no special explosion-proof requirements;

4. With a long working life, among which the bearing working life of the two-stage reaches 5000 hours, while the 4,6,8 stages no less than 10000 hours;

5. The vibration (exciting force) can be adjusted only by modifying the angle of the eccentric block;

6. Multiple vibrators can be grouped up to meet different mining requirements;

7. The vibrating motor with globally max exciting force was born in our factory.
