nuts are forced fixing . So generally good welding technology is a solution guarantee the mold lifespan.

Concrete electric pole mold is divided into tapered concrete pole mold and equal-diameter mold according to national standard requirement. Concrete electric pole mould structure is reasonably designed with high precision in mold parts manufacturing like the digital cutting technology and automatic welding machine. For tapered concrete pole mold,  the taper ration in the world are 1:13 and 1:15. The diamter of concrete pole changes from 110mm, 130mm, 140mm, 150mm, 190mm to 310mm, 320mm,350mm and 800mm at most . Most of concrete electric poles in power transmission are tapered cylinder type . Compared to tapered concrete electric pole mold, the manufacturing technology of DMD type is more easy .
