Concrete Electric Round Spun Pole Mold

 

concrete electric spun pole mold is an essential and importand equipment in prestressed and reinforced concrete pole production .

The concrete round poles will be formed by concrete compaction with

high speed centrifuge by centrifugal spinning pole machine . Furat Concrete pole mold are reasonable

According to production application experience in concrete pole production ,many unique technolog and

mold design are adopted for concrete pole mold manfacturing and concrete pole plant :

1. The patent design of groove and tongue prevent concrete leaking obviously during high speed centrifuge

spinning so that expand the mold lifespan .  Generally speaking ,there are two kinds of  collar type:

ladder type and tougue & groove type . For the later one , the seal performance is good but difficult to

clean the mold groove.

 

 

2.  Disassembled running wheel joined with flexible bolts is easy to be loosen because of the bolts and

nuts are forced fixing . So generally good welding technology is a solution guarantee the mold lifespan.

 

Introduction of Mold

Concrete pole steel mold is divied into DMZ (Tapered) and DMD (Equal-Diameter) according to JC364

standard requirement. Mould structure is reasonably designed with high precision in mold parts

manufacturing like the digital cutting technology and automatic welding machine. For tapered concrete

pole mold,  the taper ration in the world are 1:13 and 1:15. The diamter of concrete pole changes from

110mm, 130mm, 140mm, 150mm, 190mm to 310mm, 320mm,350mm and 800mm at most . Most of concrete electric

poles in power transmission are tapered cylinder type . Compared to tapered concrete pole mold, the

manufacturing technology of DMD type is more easy .
