As a imporatant part during the whole production, the manufacturing technology of concrete spun pole steel mould decides on the quality of concrete pole mould and then to concrete spun pole quality .

Prestressed concrete spun pole moulds are processed now with two methods which are wholistic manufacturing and joining type. Wholistic manufacturing of concrete spun pole mould  have more advantages on the mold rigidity and strength, but the manufacturing need a long lathe machine (mold below 12m can be made with overall process), and transport is not convenient.
