Description

The scrap ladle transport cars are specially designed to transfer the high-temperature ladle. This kind of car has strict requirements on safety and ability of anti-high temperature, so the materials, driving system and electrical control of the car should be specially designed. The traction motor is designed in slowly start and stop to reduce the inertia of the car and avoid molten steel or slag from splashing. The heat insulating material is used in the car to resist the high temperature. Usually two motors are prepared, so when one is damaged by the ladle’s high temperature the other can be used to continue the work. The ladle transfer trolley is available in inflammable and explosive environment.

Scrap ladle transport cars application

With the functions of steady traveling, stepless speed regulation, the cart is commonly applied to transfer steel ladle, aluminum ladle, lead ladle, steel slag etc.  Generally the outer surface temperature of the ladle is 200-300 degree , due to the high temperature, the cart should be designed with heat exposure proof device, expecially to the battery, motor, reducer and electric appliance. It can avoid the cart from damaging and shortening using time. During the cart working, it must be steady travel, steady start and slowly stop. In order to avoid the cart broken during working, there equipped two sets driving system, if the main driving system is broken, the spare driving system can be start at the same time.
