Description of railcar transfer table

Custom design railcar transfer table adopts the AC 380V trailing cable to send power into the electrical control system, through which the car is allowed to start, stop, and travel forward or backward. As it moves forward, the wire drags along behind it. One end of the cable wire is connected to the power source on the ground while the other end is connected via the trailing cable to the electrical control box of the transfer car to supply power to the motor. The car operation system of our trailing cable power transfer vehicle is powered by 36V low voltage. The car can be equipped with the hydraulic lifting system.

Railcar transfer table applications include: mold transporters, die transporters, castings transporters, coil transporters, paper and other textile roll transporters, large weldment transporters, and other finished goods transporters.  Our autonomous transporters are used in heavy industry as moving assembly line carriers delivering product along the production route.

Note

1. The deck size and rail gauge can be customized. Various non-standard transfer cars also can be supplied upon request.

2. An optional imported wireless remote controller is available. Its maximum control distance is 100 meters.

3. The car can be supplied with the frequency converter in achieving electrical control of speed regulation.
