   1.   Automatic Length Counter:  Use the two-step length counter provides accurate rewinding length controlling. As soon as required length finish rewinding, the shafts will instantly and automatically change, ensuring easily operation and a highly efficient performance.

 

2.  PLC Controller: the high performance programmable controller offers convenient control of the entire rewinding operation. Both length and tension are accurately displayed by LED readout. The motion sequence can be identified with a signal lamp for full control of the motion status.
