Characteristic:Two-component use in advanced bodywork painting make-up. Film hard, Bright flexible fullness, Particularly good protection and hiding power. Extremely resistant to weather degradation and would provide lasting gloss and color retention. 

Substrate:Has hardened, grinding of the old paint, ChengHong series of inter coatings and primer.

 

Surface Cleaning:Remove wax, oil and other impurities with deoiling detergent.

Paint Spraying Caliber: Gravity Type(Upper kettle): 1.2-1.4mm

Siphon Type(lower kettle): 1.3-1.5mm

Paint Spraying Pressure(Mpa): 2.0-4.0

 

Spray Layers: 2-3 layers, 40-60um total thickness

Spray Interval: 5-10mins, 25°C (It needs stand after spraying.)

Standing Time: Heating and baking after 15-20 minutes

NOTE:

1. The primer film must be ground, cleaned and dried before spraying.(Wet abrading600#-800# , Dry abrading400#-600#)

2. In winter,when the temperature is less than 15 degree, do not dry the paint file in the air, the most way is to bake them in spray booth with 60 degree inside.

3. When the temperature is higher than 30°C, the appropriate amount of butyl cellosolve should be added when the thinner is used. For details of butyl cellosolve, please refer to the application instruction of butyl cellosolve.

4. If there is any cratering in the spraying process, please stop the construction immediately and add 0.5%-1% Anti-silicon to the remaining paint and then spray.

5. Spray fade-out thinner directly on the connecting area between new and old paint film so as to achieve invisible transition. For details of fade-out thinner, please refer to the application instruction of Fade-out thinner.

6. Clear coat mixed with hardener must be exhausted asap. Do not keep it to continue to use it.

7. Please clean all spray tools with Thinner Immediately after use, otherwise it will be difficult to remove.

8. If there are seedy and sags after spraying, it can be sanded by sand paper(1200#-2000#) and burnished after being fully cured.
