One-year guarantee service due to any inherent fault or damage of the equipment is offered since the date of purchasing the equipment and the paid service is available for the lift of the equipment.

   However, followings are excluded in the scope of the guarantee service:

● Wearing parts such as quick connection adapters, Freon refill hose, seals,pressure, gauge and transition connectors.

● Spare parts such as dry filter and oil for periodic replacement.

● Damage caused by mistake in operation and abuse or failure of maintenance

● Damage caused by unqualified or inconformity refrigerant, oil or vacuum pump oil.

● Damage caused by wrong adjustment, repair or reform without permission.

● Damage caused by rough handling or transportation.

● Damage caused by human error or force majeure.
