GMV press machine is to produce blower in car air conditioner, which assemble motor, cover, wheel, holder and etc. together by pressing. This machine could produce different type blower by changing fixture design.

This press machine use PLC and servo to control electrical cylinder to ensure assembly precision. Fixture coding system is used, control system will compare if chosen product matches with fixture. It uses laser sensor to detect the gap between wheel and holder. Load cell is used to monitor press force during assembly. Machine has a friendly HMI and support language swift, it also has rich message for operator and technician, including process guide, error and alarm. All process parameters and standards could be modified and setup by customer on their own.
