Exhaust pipe air leakage testing station, this machine is used to assemble exhuats pipe and test if air leakage exists.

This machine is applied for both finished and sub-assembled unit and it was design as per customer's actual product. With quick-change conectors on exhuast muffler fixture, fast changeover is achieved. It consists of air leakage tester, precised toolings and PLC.

Operation sequence: put product to test on station, press START to clamp product and begin test (block, air filling, balance, etc). It compare testing data with allowed standard, if testing result is passed, the indicator will be green and clamp unlock.
