Circular vibrating screen is a new type of vibratory screen with circular vibration, multi-layers and high efficiency. The cylindrical eccentric shaft exciter and eccentric block are used to adjust the amplitude.

LDHB Circular Vibratory Screens Feature:

• 1. Vibrator adopts bearings lubricated with thin oil and eccentric external block structure. It has the characteristics of high exciting force, low bearing load, low temperature and low noise. (Bearing temperature≤35°).
• 2. Vibrator is disassembled and assembled as a whole, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement, and greatly shortens the maintenance cycle. (It only takes 1 to 2 hours to replace the vibrator).
• 3. Side plate of vibrating screen adopts whole plate cold working, no welding, high strength and long service life. The connection between the cross beam and the side plate adopts torsional shear high-strength bolt connection, without welding, and the cross beam is easy to replace.
• 4. Circular vibrating screen adopts rubber spring to reduce vibration. Compared with metal spring, it has the advantages of low noise, long service life, stable over-resonance dynamic region and low dynamic load of each fulcrum of the screen machine.
• 5.Flexible coupling is used to connect the motor with the exciter, which with long service life and less impact to the motor.
