FLD stainless steel replacement basket bucket strainer and filter element is integrated woven wire mesh and bonded mesh laminates. The sintered mesh filter is consisted of protection layer, filter layer and support layer. The fine woven wire mesh（the filter layer） is placed in multilayer sintered laminates. The laminates protect the fine mesh form mechanical damage from the environment pressure. The 3-layer, 4-layers and 5-layer are popular for the its mechanical strength, stability, durability. The sintered filter can be produced into various shape, T type, Y type, U type and others.

Maintenance

   1.) The cylinder industrial filter and strainer is the filter core. The wire mesh belongs to the wear parts. It needs a special protection.

   2.) After the filter has worked for some time, the impurities are removed in the filter core in time.

   3.) When cleaning the impurities, the wire mesh should be care to ensure that the core is not deformed or damaged.

   4.) Once the wire mesh is deformed or damaged, it should be replaced immediately.
