2. LF furnace refining process. During refining, the composition and slagging are adjusted according to the composition of molten steel. The addition of slagging agent is: aluminum slag ball, 50-100kg; calcium carbide powder, ferrosilicon powder, 20-30kg; firebrick sand, 15-25kg.

3. Desulfurization. Using aluminum slag ball to make slag is fast and has high desulfurization efficiency. The refining of slag sample can turn white within 15 minutes, which is quite beneficial to desulfurization and inclusion removal.

4. Inclusion content and oxygen nitrogen content of the product. Wire rod has been successfully produced by deoxidizing with aluminum slag ball and refining slag. The specification of wire rod is φ 5.5mm. The purity of wire rod, that is, the content of inclusions is very low: class a 0-0.5/0.5; class B and C 0.5-1 / 0.7; class D 0-1.5/1.
