The working principle of

 

First, start the process

 

 

 

1 In the closed position, the ball is pressed against the seat by mechanical pressure from the stem.

 

 

 

When turning the handwheel counterclockwise, the stem reverses motion, with its bottom angular plane causing the ball to detach from the seat.

 

 

 

The stem continues to lift and interacts with the guide pin in the stem spiral groove to initiate frictionless rotation of the ball.

 

 

 

Up to full open position, stem lifted to limit position, ball rotated to full open position.

 

 

 

Second, close the process

 

 

 

When closed, turn handle clockwise, stem begins to descend and causes ball to leave seat to begin rotation.

 

 

 

Continue to rotate the handwheel with the stem acting on a guide pin embedded in the spiral groove above to simultaneously rotate the stem and the ball by 90°.

 

 

 

3 The ball has rotated 90° without contact with the seat when it is about to close.

 

 

 

The Angle plane at the bottom of the stem mechanically wedges against the ball as the 4 handwheel turns several times, causing it to press tightly against the seat to achieve seal.

 

 

 

Structural characteristics of

 

 

 

1. Open and close without friction.This function solves the problem of traditional valve sealing caused by friction between sealing surfaces.

 

 

 

2. Jacket structure.The valve installed on the pipeline can be directly inspected and maintained online, which can effectively reduce device shutdown and cost.

 

 

 

3. Single seat design.The problem that the medium in the valve is affected by abnormal pressure boost is solved.

 

 

 

4. Low torque design.Specially designed stem with a small handle valve can be easily opened and closed.

 

 

 

5. Wedge sealing structure.The valve is provided by the stem of the mechanical force, the ball wedge pressure on the seat and sealing, so that the valve sealing is not affected by the pipeline differential pressure changes, sealing performance is guaranteed under working conditions.

 

 

 

6. Self-cleaning structure of sealing surface.When the ball tilts away from the seat, the fluid in the pipeline passes through the ball sealing surface in a 360° uniform way, so as to avoid the local flushing of high-speed fluid on the seat and wash away the accumulation on the sealing surface, thus achieving the purpose of self-cleaning.
