Wellcold large cube ice machine has firstly adopted the three leading technologies: adjustable ice thickness, automatic water supplying, automatic ice freezing and ice falling. • Automatic Operation: equipped with Siemens PLC + Touch Screen Controlling System, which allows multiple functions such as automatic timer function for start and shut down; ice stopping production when the ice bins are full. All parameters can be easily set, all running history can be checked. 
• Labor Saving Design: special ice outlet. Ice discharging automatically, no need to take ice by hand which can guarantee the ice clean and sanitary, meanwhile, it is matched with ice packing system to packing the ice with plastic bags.

• Wellcold cube ice has two sizes for choose: 22mm x 22mm x 22mm, 29mm x 29mm x 22mm.

• Pack ice into bags: use a base to rise the machine about 60-80cm up. Our cube ice machine equips with an storage bin, there is a screw conveyor on the bottom. While you step on the pedal switch, the ice will come out by screw conveyor, then jump into plastic bags directly. You can use the sealing machine to seal bags well, or use stapler machine to buddle bags well.
• Store ice: after packing, we need a cold room to store ice bags, in the -12℃ room, the cube ice will be hard one by one. An 10m³ cold room can store about 3 tons ice, if you want a bigger room, 20m³ will be ok, you can still store some other goods.

Precautions of using Wellcold Large Cube Ice Machine:

• Please read the instruction manual carefully before using and performing correct operation.
• The ice maker should be installed horizontally, do not make it tilted.

A filter should be added in front of the water supply to the ice maker. Please keep the water source clean and replace the filter regularly. Water supply pressure should be 0.14--0.55Mpa.

• Keep ventilation around the ice maker to help dissipate heat.
• Clean the condenser dust regularly to ensuer good cooling effect & necesarry refrigerating capacity; clean the water tank, ice tray, and shunt pipe regularly to avoid clogging.
• Use the specified power supply correctly to prevent electric shock. Cut off the power if it will not be used for a long time or encountering thunder and lightning.
• The products described in the product manual are for indoor use, please use it in a place without rain and sunshine directly.
• It is strictly forbidden to modify the product privately, please send our products to professional technicians for repair and maintenance.
• Installation space requirements: reserve 15cm on both sides of the ice maker, 25cm on the back, and no cover on the front. Keep it ventilated
