The 3CX20000A7 electron tube is a metal ceramic coaxial forced air-cooled triode with a direct-heated thoriated tungsten cathode and a high amplification factor. The operating frequency is 110MHz, and the grid dissipation power is 500W. It is mainly used for zero-bias Class B RF amplifiers or Class C power amplifiers and oscillators. What is attractive is that the tube can obtain a power gain of 20 times when the grid is grounded.
