The LH electric hoist double girder crane is an economical and environmentally friendly product with small appearance size, low building clearance, light weight, low power consumption and low price compared with bridge double beams. The operating mechanism is started in stages to ensure a stable start of the product. After the remodeled design, the number of inching operations is greatly increased. Used in factories, logistics and other occasions, the working level is intermediate, not suitable for flammable and explosive environments, the total weight of the crane includes the weight of the hoist.

This product is suitable for general hoisting and loading and unloading operations in machinery manufacturing workshops, warehouses, stockyards, hydropower station maintenance and assembly and other places. It is not suitable for the medium with explosion hazard and fire hazard, and the place where the power grid fluctuates more than 10%, and is full of corrosive gas. It is also not suitable for lifting molten metal and toxic, flammable and explosive materials.

Overview:

1. Reasonable equipment structure: The LH electric hoist bridge crane (referred to as the hoist double beam crane) series is composed of four main components: bridge, trolley, cart and electric. The fixed wire rope electric hoist is used as the lifting mechanism (main Hooks and auxiliary hooks), installed on a centrally driven double-track trolley, and a crane used in conjunction with a double-beam bridge;

2. Multiple control modes coexist: there are 3 modes of ground operation, wireless operation, and operation room operation. There are two types of operating room, open type and closed type, which can be divided into left-mounted and right-mounted according to the actual situation. There are three types of entry directions: side, end, and top;

3. The components are closely coordinated: the operation of each mechanism of the crane is coordinated with the electric control equipment by the master controller in the frame room and the ground control button box to realize the starting, adjustment, reversing and braking of the motors of each mechanism.

4. Various equipment specifications: lifting weight is 5~50t/10t, span is 10~32m, working class is A3~A5, temperature range is 120℃~40℃, power grid fluctuation is ±10%.
