Principle of operation :

The equipment drives the mixing shaft to rotate at a uniform speed through the motor and reducer. Using the rotating motion of the screw, the two mixing blades fixed on the rotating shaft can continuously lift and scatter the soap noodle / soap flakes and various liquid or solid additives. The raw materials can be mixed evenly in a short time, so that the additives and auxiliary materials can be quickly and evenly integrated into the soap base.

After mixing, manually rotate the screw, slowly open the discharge port, and the soap falls into the conveyor belt.
