1. Industrial pure titanium: TA1, TA2, TA3  

Excellent stamping performance.  Various forms of welding, good welding performance, welding joints can reach 90% of the strength of the matrix metal.  Easy to saw and grinding wheel cutting, good machining performance.  Excellent corrosion resistance.  

Used for parts under 350℃ with small force and parts with various complex shapes.  Such as thermal power plant condenser;  Piping systems, valves and pumps corroded by Marine seawater;  Chemical heat exchanger, pump body, distillation tower;  Seawater desalination system, platinum-plated anode;  An airplane skeleton, skin, engine parts, beams, etc.  

Titanium alloy: TC4  

Poor stamping property, good thermoplasticity.  Can be welded in various forms, welding joint strength can reach 90% of the base metal strength.  Machining performance is good, need to use hard alloy, large cutting capacity, slow speed, full cooling.  Good corrosion resistance and thermal stability.  It is one of the widely used titanium alloys and can be used for long-term work below 400℃.
