DC-E series silicone potting component is a newly silicone rubber material of sealing compounds.

it cures with no heat,no corrosion and very low shrinkage.it can be applied to the sealing and pouring of various electronic components and then forming insulation system.

it is suitable for bonded seal of electronic components.power module and control module which requires waterproof and insulation.it can be widely used for LED screen,wind power generator,PCB substrate,etc.

1.please put part A and part B in separate container and stir evenly before mixing two parts together.

2.weight ratio:part A:part B:1:1

3.deaeration the mixture under 0.08Mpa for 3 minutes

4.the temperature influence the curing time:

when in too low temperature,we s est customers to heat the mixture to accelerate vulcunization

warning tips:

the following material may hinder the curing of the product,so please test it before use it

should be sealed storage,the mixture should be used out at once to avoid waste.

silicone belongs to non-dangerours goods but please keep it away from eyes and mouths

4. when it get stratified after a period of strorage, please mix 9301 evenly before using,it does not affect the performance.

SHELF LIFE

1. Eighteen(18) months from date of shipment when stored at 25C in original unopened packages.

2. This kind of product is non-dangerous product, it can be transported as general chemicals.

3. Products exceed the storage life should be confirmed normal before using.
